Miral Kotb is a dancer, programmer and CEO of iLuminate, a company which fuses tech, light and dance. Miral combined her twin passions of dance and software programming to launch her company which came third place in the sixth season of 'America's Got Talent'. iLuminate has worked with global stars such as the Black Eyed Peas, Chris Brown, Christina Aguilera and others.

In addition to programming software herself, Miral manages software developers, hardware engineers, designers, sketch artists, tailors, dancers and others to produce iLuminate's energetic performances.

"If it's not gelling to write software, take a step back and look at how you solve problems. Look at more critical thinking classes, math, statistics, how you organize data yourself. How do you stay on top of your schedule. All these skill sets are important because once you get to the actual coding part, you're using a new language to tell a story or create a product."
